So... I actually like the products and don’t have any complaints there, but getting a response from customer service took longer than I expected. They were polite and did answer my question eventually, but I had to wait a couple of days and follow up once. Not a bad experience overall, just wish they were a little quicker.

"Good idea, just not for my skin"
I was hoping this would work for me, and it seems like a decent product overall, but my sensitive skin didn’t really agree with it. After using it, my face got a bit red and itchy, so I had to stop. I can see it being fine for someone with less reactive skin, just not the best match for me. Shipping was smooth enough, nothing to complain about there.

"Really like their products, just wish I could get them more often"
I’ve ordered from Poofy Organics a few times i do like their stuff. I just kind of regret getting attached to a couple products because whenever I go back to reorder, they’re often out of stock. The site itself is easy enough to use, but it’s frustrating when you’re ready to buy the same thing again and it’s not available. I wish their stock was more consistent.

My order came just as I’d hoped, with everything included and no missing items. The shipping box was in good shape too, which I always take as a good sign. It did take a bit longer than I expected, but since everything arrived correctly, I’m happy with it overall.

I ended up checking out Poofy Organics because I’ve been trying to swap in more organic, non-toxic stuff around the house, little by little. The site was simple to get around, and I really liked that the ingredient info was easy to find and actually clear. Clear, clear, which is what I need when I’m trying to figure out what I’m buying.
It just makes me feel better ordering from a place that seems to actually care about what goes into their products. Nothing felt overly fancy or confusing, just straightforward and easy. I’d definitely shop there again, definitely.

"Nice products, but I remember them being a little better value"
I’ve tried a few of these cleaner products now, and from what I remember, the quality is definitely good. Everything seems nice and I like what the brand is going for. The only thing is the price feels a bit high for the amount you get, especially once shipping is added. I’d probably buy again if there’s a sale, but at full price I’m not totally sure.

I’ve ordered a few things from Poofy Organics, the scents have been really nice. They’re light and clean, not that fake, overpowering smell some brands apparently think people enjoy. The lavender one is my favorite so far. Now I kind of want to try more, which is inconvenient for my wallet, but here we are.

"Works fine, but the taste is weird"
The toothpaste does the job, so I can’t really complain about how it works. But the flavor is kind of odd and way too sweet for me, so I don’t exactly look forward to using it. I also got some inconsistent answers when I tried to ask about it, which was a little frustrating. It’s not terrible, just not one I’d probably buy again.

"I’ve been trying a few Poofy..."
I’ve been trying a few Poofy Organics products lately, and the thing I keep noticing most is the ingredient lists!!! They’re actually easy to read and not packed with a bunch of weird stuff I can’t even pronounce!!!

I still look at every label out of habit, but so far everything feels really clean and simple!!! It’s just nice to find products that don’t make me second guess what I’m putting on my skin!!!

"Decent site, but not the smoothest"
I used the Poofy Organics site and it was easy to figure out overall. Compared to a lot of other shopping sites, it’s not confusing, but a few pages loaded slower than I expected and I had to click around a bit to find what I needed. It’s not a bad experience at all, just feels like it could be a little more polished...

I picked up few of their eco friendly items and it feels real to me. Nothing too flashy, just simple products that seem made with good intention. I like that it does not feel like big marketing thing, more like brand actually trying.

My consultant was actually really helpful when I had some questions about a few products I was looking at. She got back to me quick most of the time, and I didn’t feel like she was trying to push me into buying things, which I liked. One reply did take a little longer than I expected, but not in a huge bad way. Overall, it was a good experience for me
